Description
TAMIYA Nissan Silvia K’s 1:24 – 24078
The Nissan Silvia was a major force in the late 1980s specialty car market, and in May 1988 the all-new fifth generation Silvia (S13) made its debut to immediate acclaim, its sleek, sophisticated 2-door coupe body and the distinctive curves employed in the interior propelling it to a Good Design Award. Three grades were on offer: J’s, Q’s and K’s, the latter of which was the most advanced and saw the Silvia given an 1,800cc 175hp twin turbo 4-cylinder engine. Combined with front strut and rear multi-link four-wheel independent suspension, this rear-wheel drive sports car drew considerable attention from the market.
