Traxxas recommends the High-Output BEC, or battery eliminator circuit, when installing high-output servos with high power requirements, like the Traxxas 2255 High-Torque 400, to prevent the receiver from ‘browning out’. The Traxxas High-Output BEC ensures maximum performance with a perfect factory fit. Also available as a kit (2262) for TRX-4 and TRX-6 models.
